External Responsibilities and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Production & Distribution) to join our Cultec team! In this role, you will support all aspects of shipping, receiving, and customer coordination to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and input orders from Sales and Distributors.
  • Verify order details including pricing and inventory accuracy.
  • Provide responsive customer service and support.
  • Coordinate freight quotes and shipping logistics with Estimating.
  • Notify Accounting to set up new customers in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and send invoices; maintain internal records.
  • Write Bills of Lading in compliance with regulations.
  • Generate inventory reports and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Serve as a backup forklift operator.
  • Coordinate property maintenance (e.g., landscaping).
  • Support Sales and Technical departments as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or distribution.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb heights and sit for prolonged periods.
  • Visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
