External Responsibilities and Qualifications:

CULTEC, Inc. is currently looking for a Regional Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support our Midwest territory with a primary focus in the Chicago, IL, Michigan, and Wisconsin areas. The Regional Sales Specialist will promote the sale of CULTEC products by developing and sustaining relationships with engineers, contractors, and distributors in the assigned territory. They will possess an in-depth knowledge of CULTEC’s products. This position is remote with a high volume of regional travel and occasional travel outside the assigned territory. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote CULTEC products, provide sales assistance, and act as the point of contact for engineers, contractors, and distributors in assigned territory.
  • Respond to all sales inquiries in the assigned territory.
  • Execute engaging sales presentations to customers and respond to questions as they arise.
  • Collaborate with CULTEC management to provide pricing and quotes to customers.
  • Enter all contact information in CRM system.
  • Perform job site consultations and preconstruction meetings with contractors as requested.
  • Troubleshoot installation and/or field issues onsite where needed.
  • Identify business targets, forecast growth, and create plans to meet goals.
  • Assess and address potential problems and suggest solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superb negotiation skills.

 

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in business or a related field an asset.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
